The half second before anything
The iOS launch screen: the monogram over the wordmark, on the app's own ground. Nothing is loaded and nothing is readable, which is what a launch screen is for — it is the frame the app is about to paint over.
- It follows the phone's colour mode, because a black frame in front of a white app would flash.
- The mark is the whole brand at this size. There is nothing else to say yet.
