The check is the part we pay for
The end of the meal, and the moment this product exists to defuse. Instead of two students working out who is paying on a first date, there is a code: the server scans it, and Sarx settles the bill with the venue directly. Nobody fronts the money and waits to be repaid, and no venue invoices anybody.
- Up to $200 a table, for whatever the pair orders from the venue's own menu.
- The screen says where the cover stops, so nothing is discovered at the till.
- Settlement is with the venue, not a reimbursement — which is what makes it a partnership.
- A scanned code is also the proof the pair turned up. It is the only attendance record either side needs.
